This is a wonderful 20 acre recreational land parcel just 90 minutes from Reno, and 30 minutes from Pyramid Lake. The ghost town of Flanagan, NV is just up the road.

The annual High Sierra Fly-In, the largest backcountry fly-In event in the world, takes place in the Dead Cow Lake Bed, which the property sits on the eastern edge of! The area also serves as a hotspot for gliders, given the updrafts in the area that keep those aircraft in the air!

With the nearest neighbor, Fish Springs Ranch, about a mile to the south, you’ll have full access to do whatever you feel like out on the range. In season, there’s great big game or upland hunting available, with mule deer, antelope, mountain lions, chukar, dove, and small game all living in the area. There are also wild mustangs in the area which are a majestic sight to behold.

You can build a nice little cabin on this site, or get permitted for a permanent mobile home as well. For permanent living / structures, Power would be by solar with generator backup, or by bringing it in from the nearest neighbors. Septic would be required, and trash service would have to be contracted (or you could haul)
